Catherine Trotter-Rayner earned a B.S. in Political Science in 2002 from Morgan State University. Catherine has 16 years of experience as a Project Manager. In 2002 Mrs. Trotter-Rayner established House of New Beginnings, Inc. a 501C3 non-profit organization and umbrella to Speak Life Tour. In 2007, Mrs. Trotter-Rayner launched her consulting business in Maryland. Catherine niche area is in program development and strategic planning. Mrs. Trotter-Rayner authored “Community Engagement from Concept to Implementation, 8 Steps to Unlocking Your Creative Ideas”, released at the African American Author’s Expo in Timonium MD. The book is featured on Amazon. The book helps the reader to unlock their creative ideas and develop a strategic plan on executing their goals. Then in August of 2018 Catherine released her 2nd book “Metamorphosis Shadow” in Orlando Florida at the Speak Life Tour showcase at the Aloft Hotel.
